The free room safe was a nice touch but requiring a deposit felt unwelcoming. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with friendly and dedicated staff always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location, nestled between Sissi and Malia, was idyllic with beautiful gardens but may feel isolated to some due to limited transportation options. Dining was a highlight, offering a high standard of fresh and local options, especially before breakfast. Facilities were adequate, but not outstanding.

The gym and spa facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. However, being in an isolated area might not suit everyone.
